Who can participate in Cybersecurity trainings?

In terms of job scope and development pattern, “Cybersecurity” is a specialized version of the broader IT field with a security dimension.

The minimum qualifications to participate in a training program in this field include basic user level computer knowledge, at least reading comprehension of the English language, and knowledge of the local language at a level that allows the trainee to express his/her knowledge during job interviews. Except where English is the first language, if the trainee’s knowledge of the local language is not sufficient for an interview, a minimum of “upper-intermediate (B2)” level English may be considered sufficient to start.

In order to get a job in this field, in the current conjuncture, it is not necessary to have a university degree or equivalent in IT or to have worked in this field in the past. However, in this field, there is a need for a training process that includes practical applications at an intensive level and in accordance with market conditions.

Therefore; those who meet the above criteria can find a new career chance in the field of Cyber Security by participating in this training, regardless of their graduated branch or past experience.

What are the basic certifications needed to have a profession in Cybersecurity?

In order to have a profession in the field of cybersecurity, regardless of career background, the trainee must have two international certificates, which are basic and licensing certificates, showing that they are competent in this field.

The first one is “CompTIA Security+” and the other one is “ISO 27001 Information Security-Foundation” certificates. Our trainees will be able to obtain both of these certificates during the course. Both certificates are valid and prestigious certificates all over the world.

At the end of the course, while continuing their active job search, they can support their current situation with additional “Certificate Programs” and “Project Studies” that they want to specialize in or overlap with their past professional experiences.

The most important issues to be considered in the certification process are that the certificates received should be supported by theoretical knowledge, that the training should be realized with practical experiences, and that they should not be “over-qualified” unnecessarily without any infrastructure

What is the duration of Cyber Security Specialization Trainings?

CS VISOR GmbH offers a special professional training environment for “Cybersecurity Analyst/Specialist” training where a trainee with a basic knowledge of computer technologies/usage can get a good job as an expert in his/her field within a 33-week training process consisting of 7 stages, thanks to its academic and managerial staff, technological infrastructure and a real Security Operations Center (SOC) that provides internship opportunities for its trainees.

How much are the training fees?

It is possible to attend the trainings 100% free of charge with “Gutschein” support from the Jobcenter (JC) / Agentur für Arbeit (AfA). In case of Gutschein support through JC/AfA, trainees are also offered very special opportunities.

For trainees who do not have “Gutschein” support, i.e. who have to cover the course fee with their own financial means with the individual payment option, we have prepared a special support package.

Within the scope of our “Vocational Training Program” and “Social Support Project”, we offer a fully installment payment option for our “Cybersecurity Analyst/Specialist” course at up to 75% discounted prices, in two stages (the first stage during the course and the second stage after finding a job at the end of the course).

What are the training materials?

Trainings are conducted online in order to provide convenience/flexibility for the current conjunctural situation and participants. “MS Teams” is used as the training course and written communication platform, and all course documents and recordings can be accessed instantly through the ‘CSV Academy’ channel on MS Teams.

In addition, trainees participating in the “Cybersecurity Analyst/Specialist” program have 24/7 access to our Security Operations Center (SOC), which is located within our company and equipped with highly advanced systems and technologies, within the scope of hands-on training (Hands-On) and internship opportunities (up to 1 year).

What other trainings do you provide?

CS VISOR GmbH is specialized in the field of “Security” both in terms of management and instructor staff and technological infrastructure facilities. For this reason, the trainings provided are planned in a way to stay within the field of specialization.

In this context, in addition to the 33-week Cybersecurity Analyst/Specialist training, we also have “Practical Ethical Hacking” and “Cloud Security Engineering & Architecting” trainings, each lasting 12 weeks, by a highly experienced and expert staff.

In addition, within the scope of information security trainings, BSI Certified Incident Practitioner, BSI IT-Grundschutz-Praktiker, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ISO 31000 Risk Management, ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management, ISO 42001 Artificial Intelligence Management, ISO/SAE 21434 Automotive Cybersecurity trainings are planned and carried out for 5-7 days in general.

CS VISOR GmbH is authorized by the German Federal Office for Cyber Security (BSI – Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik) to provide training and certificates on behalf of BSI. BSI trainings and certificates are offered within this scope.

ISO Trainings are given with the approval of EXEMPLAR GLOBAL, which is authorized to issue internationally valid certificates in this field.

What is the Language of Education?

The training materials are prepared in English. However, two different alternatives are offered for the language of expression: English or Turkish. In this way, our participants can receive the training according to their language preferences in a way that suits their needs.

The curriculum of these trainings is the same, but the start dates vary.

In addition, within the scope of interview preparation and job application support, vocational German language support is also provided for our trainees in Germany. This support aims to prepare for job interviews in German and to improve vocational German skills.

What is meant by 100% job guarantee and who can benefit from this opportunity?

The great success of CS VISOR GmbH in Europe in a short period of time after its launch, the fact that many trainees have been able to get a job at very good levels and the extremely wide business network created on this occasion have brought a special opportunity for our trainees as of the last quarter of 2024.

Thanks to the “letter of intent to accept a job” that some of the companies operating in Germany within the network have undertaken, our trainees who meet the necessary criteria at the beginning of the course and reach a certain level of success during and at the end of the course are guaranteed a job in the context of the training they have received.

Currently, this option is only available for our trainees from Germany, but we are working to make it available in other European countries in the near future.

Our mentoring activities, which continue in parallel with the training, continue to increase after the training. One of the most important elements behind the 350+ success stories achieved in Europe recently is the Mentoring, Project Studies and Shift Activities that we implement and continue after the course.

🔹 Intensive Support with Expert Mentor Staff
Our mentor staff, consisting of approximately 20 people who are experts in their fields, guide our graduates in different fields of Cyber Security (Cybersecurity Analyst, Engineer, Consultant, Information/IT Security Manager, etc.). Our graduates, who are working in their current jobs, both work as shift leaders and continue their mentoring activities in the groups allocated to them in the 4-month period after the training. Active support is provided for our job seekers to reinforce their knowledge and prepare for interviews.

Our graduates continue to have access to all courses, SOC environment and licensed tools after the course. In this way, they continue to use the tools they have learned as shift work in a real SOC environment. Our friends who still cannot find a job after the three-month mentoring program are divided into groups again and continue their shift and interview preparations. If necessary, they are included in the mentoring program of the next period. This process continues uninterruptedly until employment is secured.
